The First Post Ever...

2007-01-22

Hello and welcome.  I'm not quite sure what I will write about today and I surely don't have a plan.  Well lets see,  I'm 27,  I have a fiancé' and his name is Ryan.  He is truly lovely for several reasons.  But before we get into that I will tell you now that I am a bad speller.  Yes I know about spell check but i just don't want to use it today.  I also suffer with run on and partial sentences and I do know this is like being fat and skinny at the same time but thats just me.  I also suck at paragraphs. I swear thats it.

Anyhow, Ryan and I have been together for just over 3 years.  We live together in a tiny apartment with our turtle Mrs. T and a Betta fish named Cappy.  We both work retail jobs and spend most of our time at home.  I am definitely homebody in the worst way.  I love music and I love to crochet.  We love to cook and  play video games.

We are also both very into pro wrestling.  I enjoy watching the new stuff, but the stuff from the archives and the behind the scenes stuff is my favorite to watch.  I could go on for days about how much I love wrestling.  I have never watched a program that entertained me so much.  We always watch RAW of course,  but we also try to keep up SMACKDOWN!, but I could do without ECW, I just don't get whats going on there.  I was never a big fan of extreme wrestling but a lot of people were and there is a demand for it,  but,  what ECW has become is an hour long version of Smackdown.  I adore Vince McMahon, but if he wanted a 3rd program couldn't he have just started one and given it a different name?  To quote Ryan "It's like buying out McDonald's and completely changing the menu.  When somebody comes in and wants a Big Mac you give them Chinese food,  it's still good it's just not what you were expecting."  I think the change that is the most bothersome is that ECW was all about average size guys getting to be the champion because they were the best.  Now look, it's Big Show then it's Lashley.  What's up with that?  I going to stop myself now.  But, I guess thats what blogging is about.

I also throughly enjoy TNA. They have great wrestlers and its always funny and entertaining and its great to see Christian.

Yell And one more thing, to all you haters, Wrestling its self is not fake, it is choreographed, HUGE difference.  When I told my mom how much I enjoyed watching wrestling her exact words were "You know thats fake right?"  My retort?  "For at least the first ten years of life you watched Young and the Restless every day.  I don't think you have much room to judge."  Everybody's got they're something.

I think I've got that out of my system for now, but I'm sure that won't be the last of wrestling blogging.  Anyway hopefully it won't always be about wrestling it will be something dorky next time though, (like crochet...)  I can promise you that.  Thanks for your time and don't forget to make good choices.  Karma's a b----.
